Below is an in-depth practice set that covers all reactions from week one of Che118B Summer Session 2 2019. First, the reaction summary sheets of Ch11 & 12 are posted, followed by a few dozen practice questions that test understanding of Ch 11 & 12. *In week one of lecture, we covered all of Chapter 11 and the first half of Chapter 12 (everything on the left hand column of the reaction sheet)* P.S. In addition to understanding these questions, it is important to understand and memorize the mechanisms for each reaction, along with preparing for NMR and multiple choice questions. Multiple choice questions often include questions like: circle the strongest acid, base, nucleophile, and electrophile or the most/least stable atom. Additionally, questions such as "which of the following molecules is most reactive to reagent X (i.e. BH3, THF)" are common as well. *Please email: gwlim@ucdavis.edu with any questions or concerns regarding these questions*
